What are Skills?
Skills are pre-built AI workflows that you can run with a single tap. Instead of typing a long prompt from scratch each time, a Skill packages the prompt, the model settings, and any input fields into a repeatable one-tap action.
Think of Skills like keyboard shortcuts for your most common AI tasks.
The difference between Skills and Agents
Agents are domain experts with ongoing memory and context. You open the Work Agent and it knows about your work tasks over time.
Skills are one-shot tasks. You tap a Skill, fill in a short input, and get a result in seconds. No ongoing memory — just fast, repeatable execution.
Use agents for ongoing conversations. Use skills for quick, one-off tasks you do over and over.

How to run a Skill
- Tap the Skills tab in the bottom navigation
- Browse or search for the skill you want
- Tap the skill card — an input sheet opens
- Fill in the required fields (usually 1–3 short inputs)
- Tap Run — get your result in 3–8 seconds
Results are saved to your conversation history and can be copied with one tap.
Creating your own Skills (Platinum)
On Platinum, you can create custom Skills from any prompt you use repeatedly:
- In any chat, tap the more menu on an AI reply you liked
- Tap Save as Skill
- Name it, choose an emoji, and define which parts of the prompt should be user inputs
- Your skill is now available in the Skills tab, private to your account
Custom Skills are great for things like: "Draft a sales reply to objection X in Y tone" or "Summarise this product review as a bullet list for my team."
Tips for getting more from Skills
- Batch them — Run the same skill on multiple inputs back to back. Summarise URL is great for processing a reading list of 10 articles in 5 minutes
- Combine with agents — Run a Skill first to get a quick draft, then open an Agent to refine it with more context
- Share with team — On Platinum team accounts (coming soon), shared Skills are available to all team members
