Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AskWek application. By accessing or using AskWek, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AskWek is an AI personal assistant application that provides access to multiple large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, and phone integration features. The Service is available on web, iOS, and Android platforms.

3. Accounts and Authentication

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

4.1 Plans

AskWek offers Free, Advanced ($10/month), Premium ($20/month), and Platinum ($100/month) subscription tiers. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation as described on the pricing page.

4.2 Credits

Credits are consumed when you use AI models. Monthly credits reset on your billing anniversary date. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Top-up credits purchased separately do not expire.

4.3 Free Tier Restrictions

Free tier accounts are limited to the Amazon Nova Micro model and 50,000 credits per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with 30 days' notice.

4.4 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mass-generate content through the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the BYOS feature to input API keys you do not own or are not authorised to use

6. BYOS (Bring Your Own Subscription)

If you connect your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, AWS), you are responsible for your usage under those providers' terms of service. AskWek is not liable for any charges incurred on your third-party accounts. You must have the right to use any API keys you provide.

7. Phone Bridge

The Phone Bridge feature accesses device data (contacts, notifications) on your phone to relay to your browser session. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and relay any data processed via Phone Bridge. You must not use Phone Bridge to access data belonging to third parties without their consent.

8. Workflows and Connectors

When you connect third-party services (Slack, Notion, GitHub, etc.) and configure Workflows, you are responsible for ensuring your use of those services complies with their respective terms of service. AskWek executes Workflow steps on your behalf and is not responsible for actions taken by third-party services.

9. AI-Generated Content

AskWek provides access to AI models operated by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant AskWek a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

10.2 Our IP

The AskWek application, brand, and all associated intellectual property are owned by AskWek and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may delete your account via the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
